Privacy policy

When you send a message through our website: your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a parent, tutor or other, your child's grade (optional) and your message.

When you enrol or apply through our Google Forms: the details the form asks for. Learners' information is only collected from a parent or legal guardian.

When you visit the website: if you accept, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not identify you. If you decline, it doesn't load at all.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your consent choice is remembered in your own browser's storage so we don't ask again. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; it checks that you're a person without tracking you.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To enrol learners, plan lessons and tell families about progress, fees and schedule changes.
• To consider tutor applications.
• To understand, in total numbers only, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.

We use trusted service providers to run the website and email: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics), Resend (delivering website messages to our inbox), Zoho (our email) and Google (enrolment forms and our public calendar). Some of them store data outside South Africa; we only use providers with appropriate protection for personal information.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you enrol or join us, in which case we keep your records for as long as the learner attends or you work with us, and for as long afterwards as the law requires. Then we delete them.

Our website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), our accounts are protected with two-step verification, and only the people who need your information to teach or run Ndlelehle can see it.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@ndlelehle.co.za and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: inforegulator.org.za.
